Zika Virus - Update & Prevention
Special | 12m 34sVideo has Closed Captions
Is enough being done to prevent Zika in Florida and the United States?
This week, a mother from Haiti gave birth to a baby with Zika-related microcephaly – which is characterized by a noticeably underdeveloped head - right here in Florida. Up until now, most travel-related cases of the Zika virus have originated from countries in South America - but the island nation of Haiti is less than 700 miles from Miami.
