A new report from FIU is claiming that Miami is a city on the rise.

Just last week, Wall Street 24/7 released a study labeling Miami the “worst city in America” - mainly due to the large economic disparity. Now, a different study - conducted by Florida International University's Metropolitan Center- shows Miami is actually on the rise. While there are challenges, the new study's results show there is great opportunity as well.
