Fit2Lead is the latest initiative from Miami-Dade County. Designed for at-risk youth, this two-part after school program, aims to create productive, well-rounded members of the community. Program head Dr. Emily D’Agostino is joined by program participant Jahqaun Wagnac to discuss how this free initiative promotes both mental and physical health.
