After a series of powerful storms did serious damage to Duluth’s popular Lakewalk, the city decided that repairing the damage wasn’t enough. Officials launched a plan to rebuild the Lakewalk with a future of more powerful storms in mind. The city hopes the new Lakewalk will last 50 years, but will Lake Superior cooperate?
