Stevens Point is home to one of the oldest breweries in the country.

The Stevens Point Brewery withstood local competition, Prohibition, and consolidation in the market to become one of the oldest breweries in the county. They gained national attention when their signature beer was named the best beer in America in a taste test as reported by a Chicago reporter.
